This is a short, interim notice. It covers this website and emails you send us about Ring Round or our Croydon pilot. If you later decide to take part in the pilot, we will explain clearly, before any calls start, what information the calls involve and ask for your agreement.

Ring Round is a trading name of THIRTY-THIRTY LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 10127844. Registered office: 59 Windmill Road, Croydon, England, CR0 2XR. THIRTY-THIRTY LTD is responsible for (the “controller” of) the personal information described here.

Visiting this website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or any tracking. Like all websites, it is delivered by a hosting provider (Cloudflare), whose servers briefly process basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, so the page can reach you and to keep the site secure. We do not use this information to identify you.

What we collect when you email us

Please keep it simple and don't send medical or health details by email. If we need more information, we'll ask.

Why we use it

Only to read and reply to your message and to talk with you about the pilot if you've asked about it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries people send us. We will not sell your information, use it for marketing, or share it with anyone else, except the email provider we use to receive and send email, or if the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. If you ask us to delete them sooner, we will.
